So basically the supraspinatus tendons in both of my shoulders are doing their darndest to disintegrate. I have a pretty well turned out home gym. I know flyes and straight arm deltoid lifts (WTF are those things called???) are out, my doctor kind of gave me the stink eye when I asked about bench presses, he thinks deads are okay, and I can probably do any kind of biceps work.
I need some help coming up with a well balanced workout routine. I miss lifting too much, my life is frigging pointless and I'm disintegrating anyway so at least I can fall apart and be happy. I'm looking for suggestions, my dears. Figure I'll be lifting three days a week, doesn't have to be killing it (think weights for grandma, 'kay?) One day will be deads, what should I do for the other two? A 30 to 45 minute routine should be adequate.
Karma for all help. Massive karma for serious help.
