I need a program...

Could anyone, that know how to train a WOMEN, help me out??
I need a program... A full body program. I'm 5'3 and 137 lb. I've had two children and 1 year ago I was 19% body fat and 125 lb 9 I look hot, lean and toned)... I need to get back to that and then some. I really need this. I eat pretty clean and thinking of starting a cycle of Primo and Winny(Tabs) I have enough Primo for 5 weeks and Winny for 8. Where Do I start. I like circut training or drop sets
I beg you... Please help me.... I need this. It's my passion,

A couple questions first --

How long & how did you train before? There's no difference between how a guy & a girl should train. (Except maybe the weights.) If you are normally lean (19%) then you shouldn't have a hard time getting back to that. have you cycled AAS before? Any experience w/ winny and / or primo? Individually or stacked? If no, I wouldnt' go there right now. If your training & diet aren't tight & consistent already, no guarantee what you'll get out of the AAS. These aren't cutting drugs - they just support the diet that you are on.

Let's start w/ your diet & training regimen currently - what you eat, how much, when you eat, how you train, split, reps, etc. When you say "full body program" are you just saying you want to work all muscle groups or upper body / lower body split or a full body / training session schedule?

0530 hrs 30 to 40 minutes of Cardio

0800 hrs Whey gourmet

0900 hrs oatmeal (li’l honey and milk)
+ Tea (milk & sweetener)

1200 hrs can of tuna, chicken, or salmon
(With a Tbs of light Mayo & G.Onions)
Light wrap or one piece of weight watchers bread.

1400 hrs raw veggies with non-fat sour cream (dip)

1600 hrs 10 almonds with a bit of honey on each of them

1800 hrs Chicken breast cooked veggies and a sm potato with cottage cheese


Snack I have a snack sometime in the evening, time varies.

I drink allot of tea during the day

I play Ball twice a week
I do cardio 30 minutes a day ( 5 days a week)
Weights I have slowed down on… I injured my joints behind my knees. (On the leg extension) I’ve been out for 3 weeks… getting better though
But normally I would train Tri’s & bi’s
Back & abs Legs & abs
Chest & abs
I do not like “living” at the gym! I find doing these, 4 days a week; I am in and out with in 45 minutes

I don’t really have connections for the steroids … so I would like to take advantage of this (purchasing Primo and Winny) You say these are not cutting drugs???? I have heard the total opposite.. please explain and tell me what is a cutting drug… I know it is just plain silly of me taking these steroids when I don’t know much about it… it’s just that I always get to a certain point in my training and then I give up for 4 or 5 months, I hit a plateau (even with a trainer) and I really want to look as lean as Trish Stratus and other girls like her. I’m also getting breast implants this year (march) and I want to be in top shap before so the recovery is quicker and so that once back to the gym I won’t have far to go to get back in shape. Another reason for the roids, is that I have some lose skin around my bellybutton (from my lovely children ... lol) if I can get as lean as I can maybe the surgeon can do something much simpler then a tummy tuck, I’m hoping a umbilicoplasty is all I will need.
Anyway thank you for taken the time with me. Much appreciate. I hope that joining this chat site is going keep me on my toes. I am tiered of fighting this.

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

0800 hrs Whey gourmet - wow you can wait 2 hrs after cardio to eat?? I'm in agony 20 min into cardio.

0900 hrs oatmeal (li’l honey and milk)

- maybe consider tossing the bread for sweet potatoe or brown rice. Or instead, because your 9 am meal was a carb meal, toss the complex carb here & make this the protein / fat meal.

1400 hrs raw veggies with non-fat sour cream (dip)
- Need some protein here - personally eating veggies on an empty stomach would cramp me up in no time. The sour cream- eh, doesn't add much. I'd do something like chicken & salad or something. If you had the protein / fat meal at noon, you could add the sweet potatoe or brown rice w/ this meal.

1600 hrs 10 almonds with a bit of honey on each of them
- I might skip the honey here - protein / fat (almonds) + a simple sugar. But its not bad.

Its actually very irresponsible so PLEASE educate yourself first. Even if you physically have them, you dont' need to jump into using them. Winny can be good or bad - the results are extremely individual. Primo has a reputation as a good, low-androgenic AAS for women, but again very individual results, and also has had a problem w/ lots of fakes over the last several yrs - make sure it is REAL if you go there.

A plateau means its time to change up your regimen. Diet & training, particularly diet. I dont' know what to say about attempting to look like these fitness girls - that's a whole industry that when you get into it you end up doing a lot of drugs to keep that look (lots of airbrushing too i'm sure). Plus they don't look like that all the time -- there's "off season". Pick a reasonable goal for yourself and adjust as you approach it. You don't want to force your body to look a certain way when it isnt' ready yet. Lots of the bb girls have years of training, dieting & cycling under their belts to get that look.

Thank You Soooo much, Esp. regarding the diet adjustments.
I know that looking like a pro fitness model is VERY high expectations, however, that is what I surround my self with, I guess I brain wash my self to thinking I too can achieve that look. I have this secret… A dream of one day competing. Anyways, thank you so much on you advise. What do you think in regards to my weight and Cardio time?

[Question: I have always been told that cardio first thing in the morning with an empty stomach is the best. is this true. I was reading in ones of your threads (daisygirl) that you eat cup Cream of Wheat with cinnamon and splenda
1 whole egg, 5 egg whites pre-cardio. so should I eat before I do cardio. I really try to do 30 min of HiIT cardio at 515 in the am. and then weights and streaching in the PM. What is your thoughts on this?undefined

What would a good leg work out be...
If I'm doing to body parts each day I work out... how would you split them up?
