Orb I take all aspects of my diet very seriously, and that includes cheat days. If you are not going to do it right, why bother.

Oh man, I am SUCH a cheater on Saturdays! Italian sub from the deli and buffalo wings during the Hokies game, a few lite beers and then pepperoni pizza that night. I usally will eat a leftover slice or two the next day watching the Skins game (or watch out if I'm actually tailgating at the game) but it's never too bad...like BBF said, that one day really helps me eat very clean during the week and helps restore glycogen as well.
A couple cookies and a cupcake are nothing to worry about...but I know how you feel!
 
__________________i weighed 270lbs four years ago. i used to go to a place called ponderosa after baseball games, and they had all-you-could-eat steak and chicken. with that you got the buffet as well. so i used to put away a heaping plate full of salad w/veggies, eggs, cheese, ham, croutons, sunflower seeds, and tons of ranch dressing. then move onto the pasta, chicken wings, nacho bar, meat loaf and homestyle mashed potatos. then the steaks would come. i used to on average eat 3 8oz steaks and one time i swear i had 6. then id hit up the ice cream bar: 1 glob of chocolate pudding, 1 glob of vanilla pudding, 1 brownie, lots of half and half ice cream, 1 cookie in the side, drizzled w/hot fudge, peanuts, sprinkles, whipped cream and a cheery on top

3 Huge Oat Pancakes
16 Large Peanut Butter Cookies
8 Voortman Cookies

1 Bite of a York Peppermint Patty
1 Maple Walnut Donut
8 Cinnamon Buns covered in 2 huge packets of icing
1/3 Box Wheat Thins
2 cups Oats
1 Roast Turkey Sandwich covered in Gravy with some Fries covered in Gravy
1/2 Spinach, Mushroom, Mozzarella and Ricotta Quesadillas
4 cups Buttered Popcorn

You call THAT cheating? I once ate the Dominos Delivery guy because he smelled like Cinna-Sticks.

Honey, fuh-gedd-aboot-it!! 2 cookies & a cupcake won't screw up your diet or make you fat......Just don't start thinking "Well I had 2 cookies & a cupcake, I'm F'd so I think I'll eat the whole box." Uhhhh, NO!! Step away from the cookies!!

Shit, I can drink 12 beers at a sitting or 10 vodka tonics or 3 bottles of champagne.......now that's cheating! :verygood:
