I am currently on a low carb, moderate protein, high fat diet (watching my calorie intake for the first time) and have been allowing myself a cheat meal once every 7 days or so. Well, mostly due to stressful times (new job and moving to a new state) and lack of time in the gym (that whole moving thing) I have found myself turning cheat meals into cheat days with all out fucking pig fest. I can't do it. I thought that a cheat meal would help me keep sane during all my chix and tuna eating, but I have come to the conclusion that all it does is make things worse.
