Exercise Sets Reps Tempo Rest
Stiff leg DL 4 8/6/6/4 201 90s

A1. Rev. hyper up to 5 4-6 211 0
A2. Hyperexten. up to 5 10 301 60s
*Add weight to hyperextensions until you can no longer complete 10 reps. Up to 5 sets.

Seated leg curl 3 4-6 30X 60s
Lying leg curl 3 6-8 60s
(1 and 1/3)
 
yeah.......... that looks like it would hurt....... i just might give it a try
 
My hams got noticely bigger and stronger from just two deadlift workouts. For about 4 days after the first workout I had trouble walking because my hams were so sore. Have fun stretching and ripping those hamsters!

for reverse hypers, try throwing a slight bend in your leg, brings more hamstring involvement. ouchy. i put a slight bend on my legs for regular hypers too.

your pace is rather fast for sldl's though. i take about 3 0 2 for mine just to make sure i dont go down too quickly. i worry about injury with regards to my hams.
