I broke my vow. Went to a club tonight.

Not to mention that I'm deaf this mornng. There's no way you can spend much time in those places without losing some of your hearing. I'm disappointed in myself for even going.

And loud? I hate smelly booze and cigarette breath, 3 inches from my ear, screaming just so that I can hear them. blech.

Live music is always too loud. Carry earplugs. Everyone attending any amplified live music performance should always have a clean pair of foam plugs in their pocket just in case.
 
I guess Im the only thirty something that still likes the music blasting. If you cant feel it reverberating inside of you, whats the point
