hypothetical question: So you're at a party...

...and you just finished working out but didn't get a chance to eat yet. At this party there are 4 items for you to eat.

1) greasy chicken wings
2) normal chips and dip
3) carrot and celery sticks
4) normal crackers and cheese

You can choose to eat nothing but you won't be able to eat anything else for the next 4 hours. So which one of these would be the least damaging food for you to eat and why?

I think we've all been in situations like this and ended pigging out on something. I just want the experts to give me their choice.
 
I would kit # 1, the chicken wings, or #4 and toss the crackers. I'm on a CKD right now.
 
I'd hit up the chicken wings and count it as a cheat day. At least that has the highest protein content. Chips are full of hydrogenated fat, carrots and cellery sticks have negligable protein, crackers may also have hydrogenated fat. Cheese would be ok except it has a lot of saturated fat.
 
There you go, make sure and wash any crap off that may be in the sauce on those wings.
 
Definately number 1- the greasy chicken wings. Better still duck out and grab a protein bar or shake if possible! Protein would be the best choice.

what i do is get a serviete, place greasy chicken on a plate or in my hand on the serviete and then for 5 or so minutes just inconspicuously squeeze the chicken os the serviete has absorbed the grease lol

Why would you be at a party RIGHT after a workout? Couldn't you eat something at home while showering first?

To answer the question, clearly the chicken wings.
