Just been laid off last night. Can't afford chicken right now so eggs is pretty much all I can afford.
Meal 1 - 3 boiled eggs ( egg white only)
meal 2 - 1 slices whole wheat toast with 1 teaspoon of natural pB and 1 boiled egg (white only) ( only 45 cals per slice of whole wheat bread)
meal 3 - 3 boiled egg whites ( egg white only)
meal 4 - 1 slice of whole wheat toast with teaspoon natural pB and 1 boiled egg( white only)
meal 5 - 3 boiled eggs ( whites only)
and like 3 gals of water a day!
so what do you think? Any suggestions as to what I can add?
