How much heat can the protein stand?

Every morning I eat some oatmeals for breakfast - roughly 100 gramms, and I like to add there some protein - both for taste, and to balance out the carbs with protein. Is it ok to put the protein in hot oatmeals, or I should let them cool down before pouring the protein? I don't want only the taste, but also the benefits of my protein after all.

Completely fine. You can cook with protein powder. Cooking whey isolate denatures it but that doesn't make the protein useless or less absorbable. It will actually make the protein easier for your body to digest.

Egg whites are a great example. In their raw form, they are a liquid. When you cook them, they become a solid through the denaturation process. Cooked egg whites are actually easier digested by the body then raw egg whites.
