I've never been able to get a definitive answer on here, but how many carbs should I take in pre-workout.
I've been eating about 80 carbs, from br rice, and pastas - is that OK?
And post workout, how much dextrose should I need, after a workout (no cardio)
I weigh 200lbs, 6', at about 17% BF
