I have always been pleasantly surprised at how well things heal up and get nice and tight again. After seeing an 8 lb baby come out of there it can be kinda unsettling. So I'll give her the time she needs to let that thang heal properly so I can get back to bidness.

Your husband is a lucky man. My wife and I are working out together beginning Jan 1. I am going to help her get back into shape. I look forward to 4-6 weeks from now! (But damn that is a long time!)

I have a confession to make. We violated doctor's orders last night. Her delivery was really good this time, and she has done some phenomenal healing accelerated by the way the baby has taken to nursing. My wife was in great shape before and during this pregnancy and she felt ready.
