Out if curiosity alone...
How much $$$
How long will that last u
Hey EZ, what do you think about the bioavailability of those Costco eggs? The southern California Costco's carry Norco. But i understand those are all cornfed eggs. That said, I opt for the Kirkland brand cartons of egg whites. I drink 1.5 cartons every morning, in addition to 2 whole organic Omega 3 eggs.
If those costco eggs are "ok" I will have my wife pick up a boatload of em.
Thanks!
Good question, do you mean the organic would have a higher degree of bioavailability?
~EZ
If your training and nutrition are so on point that the issue of difference in bioavailability of proteins amongst various eggs becomes an issue then I've gotta see the result.
I guess my point, bros, is that this probably isn't what keeps us from meeting our fitness goals... Interesting to think about in passing but I'd rather hear what your real obstacles and plans to overcome them are. Thoughts?
Fair enough. My point is on protein quality v. quantity. It's one of the reasons I choke down Gear capsules from N2BM, to maximize protein synthesis on alleged subpar food sources. Paranoia abounds for sure, but I eat more than a dozen eggs and egg whites a day. I just think (right, wrong or indifferent) that high quality protein sources carry higher nutritional value. I didn't mean to hijack this thread though, so I will STFU. =)

The equivalent of 8 eggwhites.

Great staples. They have brown rice and sweet potatoes there too. Costco is an awesome protein resource for me as well. I likebthoae Omega Eggs.
No I just brought 'em home to make my fridge look full.
"Surely" a guy with 27 posts might wanna approach this board a bit differently.

One thing I know well is dietry intakes, it is clearly something I have a clue about.
How long i've been apart of this commuinity doesn't make me less knowledgible then another lol
Posts aren't iq or study points towards anything![]()
I have 8 eggs, 4 chicken brests, whey protien shakes x3 which gives me a intake of roughly give or take 430g of protien a day, I use full cream with fortifcations for micro nutrients, I also have intake of 250g of carbs from brown rice and pastas and 18 slices of fortified wholemeal breads for around 270 of carbs and again micro nutirents. I have afew fresh vegs for other micro nutrients and a can tuna and 2 fish caps for my omega and I split it up into 8 meals as to make sure my body is converting as much as possible oh and a bcaa supplement to increase converting of protiens and such so less is wasted...
Wow I did alot of maths for myself the. Lol!!!

No broccoli?!
Hey you! I broke up with broccoli and am noe dating spinach, but they don't have it @ Costco I had to get it somewhere else....

and all that and you weigh 120 pounds.. you listed a good diet but you are living in fantasy land as your stats don't reflect it.. my only theory is you are doing way too much cardio or you just don't know how to workout to put on mass. maybe you should sit back at 22 and learn for a few years from more experienced guys if you want to put on muscle mass. 120 pounds is fine, but thats not what people who read this board are trying to accomplish, hope that makes sense, not trying to attack you. but you really shouldn't fire at a thread like this if you don't have ammunition.
^^^ he posted what he happened to buy that particular day.. not his entire diet.
seems like you were looking for trouble with your reaction. what is there to get heated about? i caught a fish today and brung it home to eat.. does that mean i only eat fish 24/7?
and as i told you in AAS you have a fast metabolism cause you are young so let your body mature and turn into a man on its own, instead of forcing things. also if you want to build muscle mass get rid of the cardio.. but since you are in the military then that isn't an option, but in the military they don't want you to be a bodybuilder so why make a big deal about someone's post on diets for bodybuilders?? ...
^^^ the military will feed you and train you the way they want. i would get counselling from some other guys in your career and see what they are doing.. you will be fine, if your military is anything like ours over here it is easy to pass if you can run 1.5 miles in under 15 min and do a bunch of pushups you are fine. its almost impossible to not pass
As I said above, I wasn't having a "go" at him, and I assumed that was his diet lol a stupid mistake, I shouldn't have read it so literal.
I merely asked questions about it, and stated my diet to open a disscussion about mine too.
Was not tryig to have a go at him, what'd I achieve doing that?
Nothing but most guys on here seem to have a BIG keyboard...no worries, remember that a post isn't always read as it was meant to be...

As for my keyboard it's on my phone so it's little haha
Yeah I grew up being rather blunt, I didn't mean to sound as if I was critising you, I was more curious n wanted to talk about it :/ lol fail on my behalf lol
And it's the net your always gonna find keyboard warriors... I don't even bother with them waste of time aye lol
mama keeps me in food. BTC's wife came home from shopping last night.....
8 flats of chicken (on sale) apx 42 lb
2 qts grape seed oil
3 lb shaved raw almonds
4 qts egg whites
14 lb fresh salmon (also on sale) (bought them out with a few angry people in the fish deli line behind her)
3 half gallons unsweetened almond milk
3.5 lb container of ON hydro whey
mama keeps me in food.
Usually its not that large. But when chicken and salmon go on sale she goes and buys them out.

That isn't real olive oil bro. I would advise you get Kirkland Organic since it's real.
Not real?

They are adulterating the olive oil with cheap oils (vegetable and soy) and adding olive oil flavor. As you all know soy should be avoided at all cost since it decrease testosterone in men and increases estrogen.
No shit, really? Damn!
Good looking out prince

Not sure if I'm buying myphics military reasons. My friend is in the air force and says one of the minimum weights to deploy is 130 lbs. this number is what keeps most smaller women out of the armed forces. Says it a safety hazard... But anyway EZ how much a month is Cosco charging to be a member. Moving out near one soon and wondering if the bulk savings is worth it.
