How EZ does food shopping

I should probably buy conventional and maybe with all the hormones they put in food I wouldn't need to run cycles ;)[/QUOTE]

Exactly, lol!!

Fair enough. My point is on protein quality v. quantity. It's one of the reasons I choke down Gear capsules from N2BM, to maximize protein synthesis on alleged subpar food sources. Paranoia abounds for sure, but I eat more than a dozen eggs and egg whites a day. I just think (right, wrong or indifferent) that high quality protein sources carry higher nutritional value. I didn't mean to hijack this thread though, so I will STFU. =)

No worries bossman, I've been debating the organic/non-organic thing for a while......you bring up a great point

Hey EZ, what do you think about the bioavailability of those Costco eggs? The southern California Costco's carry Norco. But i understand those are all cornfed eggs. That said, I opt for the Kirkland brand cartons of egg whites. I drink 1.5 cartons every morning, in addition to 2 whole organic Omega 3 eggs.

If those costco eggs are "ok" I will have my wife pick up a boatload of em.

Thanks!

1.5 cartons every morning? How much is in a carton?

Surely your not relaying on those for your nutrients, macro and micro?

An egg holds 6grams of protien, a chicken breast 40g give or take on size, plus eggs have a large amount of saturated fats...

1.5 cartons say 14 eggs a day, is 84g of protien hit, and your body will only convert so much at once before wasting the rest, so unless you've increased the rates your body naturally converts it is a waste, unless your having them throughout a day, so seperating each meal with a number of eggs?

I have 8 eggs, 4 chicken brests, whey protien shakes x3 which gives me a intake of roughly give or take 430g of protien a day, I use full cream with fortifcations for micro nutrients, I also have intake of 250g of carbs from brown rice and pastas and 18 slices of fortified wholemeal breads for around 270 of carbs and again micro nutirents. I have afew fresh vegs for other micro nutrients and a can tuna and 2 fish caps for my omega and I split it up into 8 meals as to make sure my body is converting as much as possible oh and a bcaa supplement to increase converting of protiens and such so less is wasted...
Wow I did alot of maths for myself the. Lol!!!

Let me know if I'm on the right track or gone waaaay of track :)

If you go to your health store that sells whey protien, wpc n what not, you'll find afew that have bcaa concentration it helps and adds for protien conversion. As your body will only use as much protien it needs and the rest becomes waste, this allows for higher intake of protien, wasting less and allowing you to use mote. I'm not sure what brands use it or make it. But I use a local brand here in Melbourne. Just shop around you'll or go ask some PTs they should point you in right direction.
