Ok, so I am going to try and cut out some of the fruit and replace it with raw veggies.
I need to be consistant with my water consumption, and it should be consistantly a large amount.
I will keep my cheating weekends lower in fat, and also stop food consumption by let say 8pm.
I will still hit the gym hard now, but after the workout I will do 15-20 min of running or elipticals.
As for supplaments, I take a tablespoon of L-carnatin before my workouts. I want to try and do everything right, so if I need to be taking something that would help me towards my goal Ill do it.
As for abdominals, should i keep encorporating them into my workout everyday i workout, or should isolate them on a seperate day with maybe one other bodypart?
