Hit a rut

Ok, so I am going to try and cut out some of the fruit and replace it with raw veggies.

I need to be consistant with my water consumption, and it should be consistantly a large amount.

I will keep my cheating weekends lower in fat, and also stop food consumption by let say 8pm.

I will still hit the gym hard now, but after the workout I will do 15-20 min of running or elipticals.

As for supplaments, I take a tablespoon of L-carnatin before my workouts. I want to try and do everything right, so if I need to be taking something that would help me towards my goal Ill do it.

As for abdominals, should i keep encorporating them into my workout everyday i workout, or should isolate them on a seperate day with maybe one other bodypart?

regarding your comment of "stop food consumption by 8pm"... at what time do you go to sleep?

while cutting it is important not to forget your antioxidants... i.e., vit E, vit C,
and also a multivitamin/multimineral... a thermogenic can aid too.

on the other hand, abs can be done 3-4 per week
