hey guys does it matter if i have a lil cool whip b4 bed and all day i have under 25 grams of carbs will that lil bit of cool whip which contains 1 gram of cornsyrup(sugar) and 2 carbs stop my fat burning proceess while i sleep? if you can help that would be ok...its not like i eat junk food but i am wondring if that wull get stored as fat
