Help please...Few Questions about diet.

1. Do some of you really drink oatmeal with water? How does that work, doesn't it just go really thick and horrible and make you bloated?

2. Is pasta a good source of carbohydrate if i want to bulk cleanly? I much prefer the taste of pasta than many other sources of carbs like brown rice and wholemeal bread.

3. Do you find eggs make you feel stupidly full and bloated in the morning?

Thanks.

I have a half cup of oatmeal and water every morn and never feel bloated, Pasta is great if its whole wheat or flax seed, and the eggs dont ever give me a problem in fact I ate fourtysome a day for over a month, you do just eat the whites i assume?

I cook oatmeal with water, how else would you prepare it?
Eggs, tend to make you feel very full for a longer period of time, therefore, you may have to remind yourself to eat after an egg meal.
I would be careful about taking in pasta....it's good, but make sure you plan out how much you need and cook that exact amount. If you make more you may eat more then you had planned sabotaging your success.
You are better off eating whole-grain toast with peanut butter.
