Help! Need to lose MAJOR BF

I am 5'10, 202lbs and around 32% BF. I have been slacking on my diet so now my waist size is 36. I need to lose this and have come up with the following cycle/diet. I would appreciate any advice please. I desperately want to lose this fat. I've done one cycle of 500mg test/wk about a year ago.

Cycle:

wks 1-16: 300mgEQ/wk
wks 1,2,5,6: 140mcg clen/day
wks 3,4,7-12: ECA and NYC
wks 1-16: 10mg nolva/day
wks 1-8: 12.5mcg T3/day
wks 1-12: 2g ALA/day

Diet:

day 1: 3500 cals
day 2: 2900 cals
day 3: 3300 cals
day 4: 2500 cals
day 5: 3300 cals
day 6: 2000 cals
day 7: 2500 cals
day 8: 1900 cals
day 9: repeat

workout:

day 1: 30min run, arms
day 2: 45min speedwalk, back, abs
day 3: 30min run, chest
day 4: 30min run, shoulders, abs
day 5: 45min speedwalk, legs, calves
day 6-7: rest

I havent broken down the macros for the diet yet as I want to get a feedback from someone. I plan on eating carbs post cycle and no more than 6 hours after my workout. On the low calorie days, I'll eat carbs post workout and no more than 3-4 hours after my workout. On the non training days I wont eat more than 30-40g of carbs. Please tweak my diet, workout and cycle as necessary. Karma to all the respond :)
 
I think you should concentrate on your diet and training before considering another cycle. 32% BF is very high for you to be stressing yourself anymore than you have to.
 
Yeah, do it without the gear (EQ) for the SOLE reason that it's not going to do much for you, and it's a waste of money.

Save it for when you get down to 15% to take you even further.

Stick to the clen\ECA\nolva\T3\ALA first.

It's not going to do you any harm in taking the EQ, it's just that it won't be put to good use.
 
Do cardio, too many newbe's that rely solely on AS to form their physique today! If you do 45 minutes of serious cardio 4 times a week then no probs, bf stays off, or you could be a lazy lump o' shit and use DNP or some other drug and lose the fat only for it to come back a month or two later. IMHO the only reason to use t3 or dnp is if you are competing, if you are simply a disco bodybuilder then sorry for you!
 
ala,diet, weight training will GIVE YOU THE RESULTS you want. i would use the eq when you start to look like jared from subway, at that point you will bulk up and tighten up
