about 5 months ago I was told I have a groinal hernia! i am 22 yrs old and i believe i caused it by doing squats with more weight than I could handle. Anyways, now that i have this squats are pretty much out of the question until my surgery next year. I was wondering if there is a routine to help bulk up my legs without squats? If so please share your ideas. I train legs on a day to themselves, and am in the bulking phase. thanks guys
