i am 28, 190 lbs, 13%ish Body fat.
running 500 mg test-e/ wk and 30mg Dbol/ day
i wanna put on as much muscle as i can, but keep from getting pudgey. actually, i'd like to lean out a bit.
I am out of the country so i am a little limited on what i can get. i can get all the eggs beef and chicken i want. wheat bread is a little trickier, but i think i can get oatmeal and i have tons of proein (syntha 6, isopure, cytogainer). could someone help me out with what to eat and when and how much. thanks
