Help me !!!! I'm just getting bigger ?

get your hormones checked: free testosterone, estrogens, t3, tsh, ... anabolic hormones make a huge difference in body composition

i always disagree with cardio being important, only weightlifting is important; decrease pause between sets and you get enough cardio; the water thing is good though.

eat less carbs, but more fat. my knee and elbow pains went away as soon as i increased fat intake.

wHILE AQUA TRAINING IS "IN" AT THE MOMENT.......CONSIDER

THERE HAVE BEEN NUMEROUS STUDIES DOMONSTRATE THE SWIMMING IN A NON-HEATED POOL WILL INCREASE BF LEVELS.

Even for heart health? Increased lung capacity? Someone may be able to lift shitloads but can they keep up a steady walking/running pace for a longer period of time if they dont train the heart muscle just like a muscle that visually grows. I would say some sort of cardiovascular training is great just for the healthy heart benefit.

I agree, heat the pool!

Cheers, jem.

Thank you all.

I am going to change to a cutting diet I think and see if tha helps bring my lower body a little leaner.

I going to try walking again, but do it slower, maybe here will be no pain that way.

Maybe try hydroxicut or xenadrine ?

Throwing in a thermogenic like those should help give you a little kick and also some potential appetite suppressing. Personally I haven't used either of those in a few years. Since they banned ephedrine, the forumulas just aren't all that great anymore. I' will always recommend Thermorexin at AF Store (anabolicfitness.net).

I tried xenadrine a while back...didn't do anything for me but give me headaches.

How tall are you? You seem pretty light to me...but I'm 165 with the same bodyfat % as you, so...I'm thinking you should follow Shadow's advice and forget about the damn scale.

Can't make any sense out of those stats without decent % bodyfat measurements. As a female you can more easily gain LBM in your lower body than upper body, but it is harder to see because it will inevitably be covered by subcutaneous bodyfat, whereas upper body easily loses the fat. This is just one of those things about being female that you may have to come to grips with. You may not see your quad muscles without getting seriously (unhealthily) lean. On the other hand you may have gained a lot of fat...you really need to accurately track bodyfat rather than circumference and body weight.
