Help me construct a basic diet plan

I want to bulk up ( I will be on) I dont want to put on tons of fat either. Mostly LBM. And then maintain/ keep gains while on off cycle. I was thinking of eating just 3 healthy meals a day with some protein powder supplemation. Id love to be able to use gainers but they allways upset my stomache ( i have IBS). Is it ok to just have a few things handy to eat and just eat w/e each day? Or do I need to eat same boring crap all day..... I mean I dont plan on being mr. O the farthest I want to go is to be some kind of fitness model thats it. Argh im trying to make this easy..... I have tight schduele and would be hard to eat every 3 hours full meals......
 
While I adore Tiggy's politically correct style, I have to agree on the premise this is not easy stuff... Furthermore, if you are planning on being on gear you should know better than this. Otherwise, at best, you will be throwing money away with the cycle.

Bulking is not really that different than cutting, you have the same basic principles (meal timing, insuline management, etc) but with different amounts of food.

Simply said: You need the meals, all of them for bulking. The most common mistake made while bulking is amazingly, not eating enough. About the fat part, a whole lot of things will contribute to that: cardio while bulking, thermic effect of food, food choices, etc.

Again, is not easy, if it were we would all be eating 3 meals and chugging protein powder in between and be ripped.

Hope you did research your gear better than you did the diet part, bro, or you will be in for some serious dissapointment and/or health issues.

BTW, not flaming here, but a reality check was in order.
