I want to bulk up ( I will be on) I dont want to put on tons of fat either. Mostly LBM. And then maintain/ keep gains while on off cycle. I was thinking of eating just 3 healthy meals a day with some protein powder supplemation. Id love to be able to use gainers but they allways upset my stomache ( i have IBS). Is it ok to just have a few things handy to eat and just eat w/e each day? Or do I need to eat same boring crap all day..... I mean I dont plan on being mr. O the farthest I want to go is to be some kind of fitness model thats it. Argh im trying to make this easy..... I have tight schduele and would be hard to eat every 3 hours full meals......
