Hi Guys
Been on the anabolic diet for bout 5 weeks, getting results, was all going well. Was planning to cut my calls this week to see slighltly fastr results. Was on my carb load this weekend and sunday night i came down with a serious dose of food poisoning, threw up and crapped out most of what i ate sunday, yesterday i ate some toast coz i couldnt eat the normal stuff i would / should be eating for the next 5 days, (eggs, cheese, beef etc), im feeling better today but still sticking to the toast. Ate bout 3 slices yesterday, couple of cupps of sugared water. Planning the same today, and back on the diet tommorow.
My question is, what do i do? do i go back to the full de carb load for 2 weeks?? or should i just carry back on as per nornal and carb load again maybe sunday? for just 1 day, or saturday and sunday? and start again normal from next week.
