have 15mg & 25mg Anavar pills what to do?

So I got var and it is real var but the guy made them 15mg & 25mg i'd like to start my cycle (to cut body fat & weight) but i'm unsure how I should dose myself and not waste var & also if I should do it once or twice? should I break capsules and suck half of it twice a day? Will 15 twice a day be to much? I appreciate any and all help

I have to caution you that no one on this forum, including myself, is going to be supportive of you using AAS to lose bodyfat. AAS is for building muscle. In contest prep it has a muscle sparing effect because it artificially enhances nitrogen balance, but AAS does not promote fat loss.

For your goal that Anavar is just not indicated. No need to risk potentially permanent side effects when other supplements will be much more effective at helping you lose bodyfat.
 
30mg is way high I have never been that high and I have done more then a few cycles. If you don't have your diet and training in check you will be wasting the var.

It is my first cycle with var. Thank you for taking the time to better guide me. I don't think other ppl are understanding that this is the path i'm choosing, I understand the pros and cons I would like to get help from people who know instead of trial and error on my own or from someone who might not know.

If your goal is to become a bit thicker and more muscular, that dosage would be appropriate. Your first post though made it sound like you just wanted to lose bodyfat.

ALSO I know I need to be super strict on my diet and workouts but what cardio do you all recommend for best results? I'm planning spinning classes, my x3 machine, treadmill so far

You also need to be weight lifting as well as doing cardio. The type of cardio really depends on the type of diet you are going to do. If you do something with moderate carbs thne HIT cardio is the best and really can be done on most anything. If you are doing a lower carb diet then steady state cardio is the best plan not getting your heart rate about 120 bpm.

What do you have planned for your diet?

I know I am piggybacking on this thread but I'm new to the forum and came across this post. A bit confused as to where to post myself .. I'm apologizing in advance.
I need some help here...

I am a 25 yr old female. 5'7" and 128 lbs. I've been contemplating Anavar for some time now and have been doing tons of research. Well, I was given 25mg CAPSULES. From all I have read, that dose is way too high for a female. I've read to start at 5mg and increase through the cycle. This will be my first cycle ever.....

What to do.....what to do?!

ANY input will help tremendously!
