Guys, how much time do YOU spend in the gym everyday?

OP- Weights 3/wk 1-1.5 hrs
Running 3/wk 5-6 miles or intervals (4x400s, 4x800s)
 
i take about a 55 minutes - 1hr and 15 minutes.

Thanks for the input guys. I have always thought that 90 minutes was a little to long, I have read in a few places that anything over an hour and your muscles start going into a catabolic state.

BTW, I really dont do any stretching, actually none at all before lifting each day. I havent ever had any problems, is this just preference or should it be done?
