Guys, how much time do YOU spend in the gym everyday?

usually from 5:15 - 7:15-30...

thats 2 muscle groups + abs, traps, forearms or calves.. so, 3 muscles a day 4 times a week... i think:confused:
 
45 – 60 mins, or over 90 mins if my training partner brings his pain in the arse newbie cousin… :mad: ;)

then usually 30 – 40 mins cardio
 
Usually about an hour for the core days: back, legs, chest, and triceps.

But speed bench day takes about 10 minutes and my biceps/shoulder day is about half an hour.

I'm getting ready for a meet right now, so the sessions have gotten longer now that I have added suits and wraps.
 
Total Time: 90 minutes

15 minutes cardio warm-up
15 minutes entire body stretching
45 - 60 minutes resistance training

4 times a week
 
lifting - about 45mins, 3-4 times a week.

karate - about 6 hours. ouch.

Glutamine is da BOMB I am discovering though. No soreness whatsoever any more.
