why would an 18/19 year old need to use gear if his diet was in check?
 
I wouldnt say i NEED it, as much as i would say im gonna do it no matter what and ill pay the consequences later in life. Sorry bro, there are far worse cases of teens abusing steroids than me. Tell me, honestly, how many 18/19 year olds, BEFORE starting a cycle, go get blood work done, check to see if their epiphyseal plates are closed, and get EVERYTHING before the cycle.

Heres my cycle by the way.

Test 400mg week 1-14
Dbol 40mg week 1-4
Deca 250mg week 1-12
Dermacrine 5 pumps ED week 1-4 ; 11-14
Aromasin 12.5mg EOD wek 1-14 (when needed)
HCG 250iu 2x EW week 3-15
Creatine KA 3g ED week 1-4 ; 9-12 ; 16-20


PCT:

Sustain 5 pumps ED weeks 16-23
Toco-8 weeks 16-23
EndoAmp weeks 16-23
POST CYCLE 6 pills ED week 16-23
UNLEASED 6 pills ED week 16-23
VIGOR 4 pills ED weeks 16-19
Clomid 25mg ED week 16-19
Nolva 10mg ED week 16-19
Cabaser on hand, .5mg EOD if i see deca gyno.


Working out 5-6 times a week, with my buddy whos gonna do prohormones at the same time im doin my cycle if he doesnt get enough money for his cycle. We work out hard and with intesity like we did for football (Napa High, CA. GOOD football program)

Just some supps im taking while on cycle:

Animal Pak Multis
B-6
B-12
CoQ10
R-ALA
Glutathione
Milk thistle
creatine KA
Flax seed
Whey

Also takin in 1-2 gallons of water ED, 270-350g of protein ED, and my post workout shake from trueprotwein.com with maxy waize, hydrolized whey isolate and glutamine peptides. Also taking Xtreme Formulations Ultra Peptide before bed (Casein).



Heres my diet:

Breakfast:
3 eggs
2 cups milk
4 slices bacon
2 pieces bread
fruit

Pre W/O:
Gatorade

During W/O:
Gatorade

Post W/O:
Shake
3 cups milk
R-ALA
Creatine

20 min after Post W/O shake:
20g whey isolate
1 cup milk

Lunch:
2 cans tuna (oil)
3 tbsp mayo
2 cups milk
2 pieces bread
1 yoplait yogurt
1 piece bologna OR 10 trader joe chips (tortilla chips identity crisis)

Dinner:
2 pieces bread
3 tbsp almond butter (with salt)
3 tbsp jelly
1 glass juice
4 cups chopped broccoli

Snack:
Busseto Italian dry salami (1 oz = 100 calories)
1 glass juice
half cup almonds

Before bed:
Xtreme Formulations Ultra Peptide 1 scoop
2 cups milk
5 tbs flax seed


5405 calories. Im trying to bulk. I know there are MINOR flaws in the diet (Pre W/O, not enough pasta, etc.) but for a 18 y/o it aint bad, especially compared to the kids who dont know what theyre doing.




Now, can you just accept the fact that im gonna do a cycle? And instead of asking me why i need gear if my diets in check, or how im too young, why dont you help me out? Im just gonna ignore every post you make after this, because all the other bros are here to help. Needto, Guardian, Snowy, and a bunch of others are more than glad to help.

as far as your use of steroids, please dont even bring it up again, because this board wont be complicit in an 18/19 year olds steroid use. there is thread after thread about all the reasons why its not a good idea shortterm and longterm.

limit your discssions and questions to diet and training and its all good

Thats a lot of gear & supplements Bro. I personally dont think you need half of them but I can see you are trying to have all your bases covered. Couple of points to consider. Aromisan is better in PCT than on cycle because it reduces estrogen by up to 80% which is too much IMO & will dry your joints out big time. Adex is better on cycle. Gatorade is sugery so watch your intake. Keeps breads to a minimum. Use more full body carbs & whole food like pasta, potato, sweet potato, rice during the day to give you strength in the gym & build size. I am not advocating your use of AAS at a young age but I am involved in the training of two young men 19 & 20, & they have done very well. However, these guys had been training for 2-3 years & had solid bases to work from. But as I dont know your training history or stats I cannot comment further, but wish you well in your endeavors.
 
I use orlistat/alli prior to eating a high bad fat meal (e.g. steaks)
It'll cut down on the saturated fat absorption

Took out the supps i figured i didnt NEED, thx bro. And the earliest id be able to start this cycle ill be almost 20. Thx again for the advice

18 y/o using tht musch gear. Im 35 and dont use that much. Young people will do what hey wana do no mater what anyones tells me. We have all been there. Some people have to learn the hard way.


What your doing is dumb and you need to be banned if you bring up your cycle again.

BTW that is a nice list.
