Your list looks solid, I’m going to try and eat a little cleaner myself, but in all honesty all my previous cycles included a diet very similar to the one I listed above:(. I’ve been very lucky, never had to worry BF%

In spite of the post, i agree with you about the mcdonalds. FOOD in general WILL get you bigger, with fat, water and muscle. Even mcdonalds. I know when im on cycle ill have fast food probably 3-4 times a week. But i wont staple my whole diet around that. But, to get more muscle and less fat and water (which will equal out to almost the same amount of weight) and to be healthier overall you should stick to whole wheat, colorful veggies and good fats.
 
With needto's book, I don't need any other books, magazines, or info on food...

I never said it was my list, jus saw it in another thread and thought people should see it. Your right u can google that and it will come up. But who would just randomly google "bodybuilding grocery list"? especially a newb?

I guarantee if thats all newbs ate for 6 months and trained with intensity, they would grow.

Dude, i swear to god everytime u post its either bashin me or ross. Seriously bro. the point is that diet comes first. MY diet is already in check :) i can show u if u want.
 
i wish good ol mcdonalds made me big....life would be good...but now that i have stayed away from mcd's wendys and bk its tough to eat now because it makes me sick...

pizza and chicken parm are still my weakness lol.... wat can i say i am a straight up guito
