i cook up a tuna casserole concoction. I throw in some olive oil, then a few cans of tuna, onions, and spinach then mix it w/ grated cheese (fat free, or regular depending on your diet plan) and pack this stuff up for lunch. A med. sized can yeilds ~30 grams of protein and costs me 48 cents. It's the best bang for your buck.
