GREAT tuna recipe

Hey guys, just thought you might wanna know this great way to fix tuna, just to add some variety. Just fix your tuna the way you usually like it and spread it pretty thick on a slice of your favorite healthy bread, then stick it in the oven on 350 degrees for about 10-15 mins, until the bread is crispy, and the tuna starts to dry out a little. then just eat it as is. i know its not the greatest but i think its pretty good and it makes it a little easier to eat tuna ALL the time. hope you guys try it and like it.

Add a little seasoning on top and you have a "tuna melt" without the cheese ;)

or you can try a bit of organic cheese on top too.

i love my tuna. i eat it as it is straight from the tin.
If you dont perticulary like tuna, try experimenting with it. ive added it to egg whites and oatmeal and a sprinkle of chopped almonds with a little touch of nutmeg. very very tastey. but there are millions of thing you can do with food its just a case of experimenting.

tuna and outmeal together, I'll pass for now :p

Mmmm cherry peppers. Sounds good. I usually just plain diced onions and celery.

One of my friends used to put 4 cans of tuna in a blender with apple juice and drink it down. Not sure how it stayed down....

Actually, take a can of tuna, 1 egg white, some chopped onions, and a 1/4 cup of oatmeal. Mix together and put on a skillet. Toast one side then flip and do the same on the other side. Melt some healthy cheese on top and you have something that tastes like a tuna melt. It's not bad.

hmmm I always toast my tuna, Drain well, and slap it on some whole wheat bread taosted already.

the toas absorbes the water in the tuna better and makes a better Sandwich. OH ya and stop whining! lol its BUILDING BLOCKS in a can! I actually do not "Like" the taste of tuna, i just know that my body loves using it as a FUEL.

Def try hot sauce and all the above but try to expiriment with it! Its gonna be your best friend!

I can of Flaked tuna into a bowl, 1-2 TB spoons of relish, 1 TB of Light Mayo, mix all together and spread on 12 Grain. Best sandwich ever.
