What's the best way to get more flexibility on my waist as I'm losing some due to lifting heavier. It may sound funny but I have been feeling ti during sex more, I just can't hip bump like I use to, I'm just less flexible is all. Anything I can do to maintain my flexibility through this bulking cycle?
 
Well, the best way of keeping your flexibility, or even improving it, is by working on it everyday. You can be huge, and yet flexible. Look at Kai Green - this guy is as flexible as anyone gets, and he is huge. So it is a matter of working on your flexibility everyday.
 
Do dynamic stretching before workouts and static stretching after workouts. You will be surprised where you will get in a period of few months
 
Yoga is fantastic. It's something I certainly need to do a lot more of. I would start doing yoga on your off days from the gym.
