dude...i am like really into loosing weight but i do tend to go out on the weekends and throw back a few. what is the best thing to drink at the bar?? (and don't say water) :)
i mean like, loosing weight wise?

I had a trainer recommend a high quality vodka & cranberry juice. The clear liquors have less bad stuff in them and the cranberry juice is sugar, but cranberry is just good for ya! I get stomach aches from the citrussy stuff like screwdrivers...
 
How about wine? Red wine has numerous health benefits & about 90 cal per glass.

Otherwise for light beer I like Miller Lite (98 calories, I think) or Corona light with a lime (but you can't get it at many places).

Personally I can't stomach most liquor at all. Although I do occasionally on a cold night indulge in sugar free hot chocolate with peppermint schnapps! YUM!
 
vodka on the rocks!

Spatts -- yea stolis is the best vodka around!! another good one is grey goose ... goes down nice and smooooth!:)

Make sure u ask the bartender for the specific type of vodka you want or else they are going to give you the shit vodka from the "rack."
 
If your gonna drink, get the biggest bang for your buck...Long Island, NO sweetner and DIET coke instead...but all that alcohol is just plain 'ol empty calories you don't need when trying to lean out......I'm living proof!;)

btw, get if wilth all top shelf liquor and that sucker is smooooth , all I ever need is just one.

hahaha...i sound like the alchy. i mean, whatever...i know that you are suppose to cut out the alcohol when you are trying to loose weight but i'm not going to not drink!! I MEAN C'MON!!!

Nawww -- the point of "healthy living" is that it has to fit your lifestyle. The good rule of thumb is "everything in moderation"... live it up -- call it a carb load -- call it a day off -- whateva - its all good!
