Hey guys, this is my first post on this forum but I have been lurking around a while without an account. Anyway I am coming to you guys for your opinion on a cycle.

A brief background on myself: When I was 21, I tried out for a special training program and ended up getting dropped from it after developing femur fractures two different times. I was doing a LOT of running yet somehow my shins were fine, lucky me. I have spent the last 3 years re-appying for training programs. Finally got picked up for one. Long story short, this will be my last chance for it, so I will be making it count.

I have done lots of research and have an idea what I want to do. I am 24 now (young for a cycle, I know) 6'1 and 195 about 8-10% BF.

I feel like many run gear to get bigger/stronger/cut, I am not really focused on that particularly. My goal for this cycle to gain very little mass if any. I'm primarily looking for faster recovery to help me train, along with boost in overall performance. I need to stay somewhat light and fast, not to mention work will test me if i throw on 20 lbs of lean mass in a couple months.

That being said, it has been difficult to find a lot of literature on guys running cycles while trying NOT to get huge jacked and tan.

Anyway here what im looking at
12 weeks
Test E 250mg
EQ 400mg (200 twice per week)

PCT starting 2 weeks after end of cycle
Nolva 40/40/20/20/10
Clomid 20/10/0/0/0

Will I need more even though I am keeping pretty mild?


Diet it adjusted to whatever I am doing, if I run a lot I eat a lot. I have never been over 12% bf, I eat healthy and going any lower than 6-7% would be counterproductive.


considering Var, its pricey but i hear its worth it. if so, im thinking 30mg ED throughout

GH is out of the question for me due to a cartilage fibroma found on my femur when they discovered the fractures. It is benign, but supposedly GH can potentially turn it into cancer. Don't feel like dishing out cash to roll those dice.

I know there is a HUGE amount of knowledge and experience floating around this site, let me know what you guys think. Any help or constructive criticism appreciated.

for what you are wanting, there is no need to run a full blown test cycle... all you need is a 6 week cycle of either anavar or winstrol... there is no need for anything else because it will not go along with what you want to accomplish...
 
From what I have read, Var is pretty much useless at that short of a cycle especially by itself, and whinny causes dry joints and I already have shoulder issues. I had a friend a while back have a huge success running Test, EQ, and HGH at low levels paired with tons of crossfit/endurance/ light weight high rep weights. Unfortunately he is not around for me to ask him about it.

So I guess my question is, what would be considered a baseline low level cycle where I can expect to see positive results without too much weight gain? Weight gain is ok, just nothing more than 10-15 lbs. Also looking to not get shut down too hard.
 
Run.just the test then drop eq

A better option coming from someone who has had similar goals in the past.

1-15 test 150-200mgs/week
1-14 eq 400mgs/week
1-4 winny 50mgs
11-15 winny 50mgs

Pct starts 3 weeks after last inject

Peptide
Tb500 would be a nice addition also.
Winny at 50mgs for 4 weeks should not cause too much joint issues especially with the addition of tb500

This is just a brief outline though. personally I think winny is a better "performance" oral compared to Anavar but that may just be personal preference.

Or I see here its your first cycle I didn't catch that. You could always try test at just 200-250/week for 10-12 weeks for enhanced recovery.

But I like the eq it's phenominal for an athletic advantage.

really? well you have never ran a cycle before and your going to tell me that anavar is useless as a 6 week cycle? really? thats weird because it didn't show useless on me or so many others... its not going to put on 10-15 lbs. but for you to say its useless, with absolutely no experience whatsoever is pretty ridiculous... good luck to you

OP, var is perfect for what your goal is... winny would be more perfect if you ran it right, but you have to drink a shitload of water to avoid the joint problems, but they can be avoided...
whereas the var is pretty foolproof, i just dont think is a better value...

another good cycle for this imo, would be low dose, short ester test with a hit of masteron...

so either

1. 1-6 var 40mg ed (if pharm quality(

2. 1-6 winny 50mg ed

or
3. 1-6 test p 75mg m/w/f
1-6 mast p 100mg m/w/f
 
My first cycle Was

10 weeks of
Var 40mg ed
Winy 40mg ed

Had no side effects. Blood panel came back clean and had no other issues with joints, acne, etc etc.

What you are going to want to focus on is your DIET! It is possible to take up to two grams a gear a week and not gain a pound if you do not eat correctly. So your worries about getting big jacked and tan will only become a reality if you start to actually eat like you are going to get big.

IMO stick with a var and winny cycle. I usually get both oral var and winny so it is really just a light cycle for me and can transistion into PCT flawlessly.

Week 1-6 Var 60mg
Week 1-6 Winny 60mg
PCT Week 7

Short sweet and you will love every day of it.
