I just got back from vacation.

Don't just accept her opinion of what your levels are, ASK her for a copy of your test results and then come back here and post them up. I've said it before, I'll say it again, what a GP interprets as "NORMAL" when it comes to hormones is TOTALLY different than what an endocrinologist would find acceptable.

If worst comes to worst and money is an issue there ARE OTC things you can take, but the veterans would be better at recommendations for products.

Gotchya thanks I will do! Ill ask for a copy asap and post it up. what are those over the counter things?

How many total cals are you eating, nate? My guess is that if you lost 70+lbs and ended up being a skinny-fat it is going to be because your calorie intake was too low. If it is too low your body will be more apt to burn muscle instead of fat, giving you that soft look even when much skinnier. You need to eat a decent amount of food at your size in order to keep your muscles in tact and energy levels up, so do yourself a favor and don't starve yourself!

From your diet, I think you might be consuming way to little cals (especially if you are doing cardio 5x/week)

You have three problems.
1) The way you're eating. Fix it with a diet.
2) The way you train. Search this forum and learn.
3) Low test levels. Boost your natural test production with herbs and supplements. If it is too low listen to your doctor's opinion, you may consider TRT not only to make you look good but for your overall health.
