someone is a retard

you dont need to 'bulk' you need to go on a year long cut and lose about 80lbs of flab

skinny-fat ecto, you are screwed and probably have low test @ 30 and no thyroid. Take yourself to the drs and get a full bloodworkup to see where your hormone and thyroid levels are.. I would bet in the shitter.

what on earth did you do to yourself to end up like that? beer for a decade?

ay man thanks looking up the skinny fat ecto i came up with this shit with was very helpfull this pert two of two but has some great ideas! thanks!

It says

Now take the next step. Improve partitioning beyond that. You can do that by making use of a storage tank for excess nutrients known as glycogen. It accounts for 1200-2000 calories of immediate storage in the average man and you simply learn to use it to your advantage. In other words, use cyclical or zig-zag diets. You take a couple of days and briefly deplete your storage tank (eat lower calories and do cardio, HIT, light weightlifting etc), and burn some fat. Then you take several days and slam your muscles with excess nutrients while the excess goes into your storage tank rather then fat. Then you keep repeating that process over and over. The 2 phases complement each other. The low calories increase sensitivity to he high calories. Most people can get good results with a 5, 10, or 14-day plan. A 7- day plan might consist of 5 days high calories with calories at 20 pounds per bodyweight followed by 2 days of low calories at 10-12 calories per pound of bodyweight. A 10-day plan might consist of 7 days high calories and 3 days low. A 14-day plan might consist of 11 days high calories and 4 days low. That's a pretty cheap solution for skinny fat if you're willing to work hard.

the likelyhood is you'll need to go on a low carb diet for a long time, with 'carb ups' every 5-7 days where you eat enough to refill your glycogen stores and keep your metabolism from crashiing out totally.

the other days I would literally just run on 50gs carbs a day at most

running is ridiculous, do not do that to lose weight - walk on an incline treadmill @ 4mph for 30 mins every weekday morning first thing

2-3 times a week do 20 mins of much higher intensity cardio.

for the weights I would say just work your whole body 3 x a week on a simple 5x5 routine with no assistance exercise

this is going to KILL you if you do it right, it will be brutal and horrible for months but it'll work.

if i see what my hormone and thyroid levels are what can i do about it being low?

Not beer but lots of alchohol and living off fast food no motovation to work out for longer than 6 months before id give up for lack of results I can lose most the fat but even a personal trainer was at odds how he put me to work and my muscle didnt grow! whats skinny fat ecto? sounds like i got it! so You think cardio and diet for a year? what about weights?
First thing's first, get to an endocrinologist and see where your hormones are at. From your build I'm willing to bet everything in the bank you've definitely got seriously low free test. You simply will not get any muscle growth/sustained fat loss if your hormones are out of whack. Additionally, you're going to be working twice as hard as anyone and get half the results, you're going to be tired and frustrated. If your free testosterone levels are low, you're not going to have any ambition or drive, if your thyroid is low your metabolism is going to be sluggish as hell. Get to an endocrine doc.

If you're going to be cutting calories you need to focus on eating healthfully and getting into the habit of logging your food. You want to create a food diary here http://www.fitday.com/ that will teach you to be more aware of what your eating. Be really religious about putting down every swallow that goes into your mouth. Eat about 10x your bodyweight in calories (2150 calories) in 4 to six meals spaced 2 to 3 hours apart. Think real food, meats and veggies, as opposed to shakes.

thanks to both of you! In conjunction with your advice what about things at the store that help you controll your thyroid or Tribulus for testosterone?
No, nothing OTC. Go to a doctor and get a proper endocrine panel done, you'll have your levels artificially skewed otherwise. If anything your thyroid is LOW it doesn't need to be "controlled." And you don't want to artificially jack your test. levels until you know what they're at naturally.

How old are you, anyway?

30 years old 31 in sptember! ok and when and if I find out my levels are low can the Doc pescribe something to help?
The doctor will straighten you out if you have a problem (but be sure to go to an endocrine doctor and make sure to get a copy of your results for yourself, GP's have a tendency to have a higher tolerance for low/borderline levels). If your hormones are out of whack you could starve yourself and exercise like a maniac and you'll just be basically spinning your wheels.

You want to log your food, keep exercising regularly and keep track of that, stay away from booze and fast food and find out what's really going on with your body. If you've genuinely worked out, dieted, you should feel better about what's going on with yourself.

Good luck Nate.

if you have insurance they will / should cover whatever the doc puts you on (test, gh, maybe thyroid hormone)

if not then you are in a tough spot. The meds are very expensive so you either live with it, or become a criminal buying UG products, if you get caught then the penalties for trying to lose fat and build muscle with chemicals are the same as you'd get for violent assault or dealing meth to preschoolers.

like mm says, nothing you can buy from a supplement store will help with low testosterone and a depleted thryroid

Guys I am from the UK is there any where I can get tmy blood work done - I aint taking nething at the moment but want to know my levels. Thanks.
