Now I way 215 6'1

I have done the work out hard thing for 6 months and got down to 159 but still had stupid arm wrests? Im fat and skinny at the same time!

I have lifted hard ate protein 6 times a day lil carbs oatmeal ect in first few meals for six months and lost a lot but still have a dumb body? can I change it I take pro complex CLA ZMA no alchohal starchycarbs 4 hours before bed no salt no fried food no large meals no fruit, dairy ect.... even though im fat I can run say an hour no problem I dont get tired I get bored. I eat myoplex shakes 2 or 3 of my 6 meals should I just give up?

How do I lose this fat but build muscle? any advise is apriciated or should I just slit my wrists? lol

bro start with your diet. cut you calories , esp. fats, carbs. try eating no bread, lots of ice cold water and throw in some cardio 5xs a week for 45mins. slowly start lifting some weights, light weight , high repitions with SHORT breaks in between. dont eat any thing atleast 2 hours before you go to bed. Maybe add a stimulant to you diet like ripped fuel definition and try this out for a month. if you are strict and stick to the program, the results will give you the motivated to continue and get in shape. you could be a walking sex symbol by next summer, well maybe next fall. stay away from aas at this time.good luck bro

Son now for carbs I only eat half cup of brown rice,oatmeal plain, or half a potato and only my first 3 or 4 meals the rest is protein shakes and myoplex meal replacements!

Someone told me I need to build bulk and lift heavy as I can as long as I can keep my form 6-8 times 4 sets and run 30 min a day so thats what Ive been doing!

so not even a protein shake before i go to bed?

why hight repititions?

From my own experience - only done for a month but I am getting somewhere for once. You need to work out your maintenance calorie level then reduce by about 30% then break your meals up into 5-6 a day. Make each meal about 45% protein 35% Carb and the rest in fat. Train heavy weights to enable you to try and mantain your muscle mass and then cardio for approx 30-40 mins. You should try and get most of your nutrients from whole food not shakes. Its hard to build muscle and loose fat at the same time. Get leaner first then start on your muscle building.
 
well def continue to keep you protein intake high , but make sure that you are not taking shakes with 1000 calories in them. as far as going heavy or light , it depends what you are looking for the light weight high reps with short breaks in between will act as a form of cardio and lean you out. that s what i thought you were looking for. as far as going heavy to preserve muscle, bro im not seeing any muscle. worry about leaning out. it is true that more muscle mass will burn more cals but you have a way s to go. i do agree with jassdhali that you should get most of your protein from whole food and the plan he layed out for your maintenace calorie intake along with the %s of fats , carbs and protein should be taking into consideration. that s what it means buy getting your diet in check

you dont need to 'bulk' you need to go on a year long cut and lose about 80lbs of flab

skinny-fat ecto, you are screwed and probably have low test @ 30 and no thyroid. Take yourself to the drs and get a full bloodworkup to see where your hormone and thyroid levels are.. I would bet in the shitter.

what on earth did you do to yourself to end up like that? beer for a decade?
 
stop eating and do cardio. Drink tons of water and, get a multi vitamin daily, eat just a portion of fruit and another of veggies.

if i see what my hormone and thyroid levels are what can i do about it being low?

Not beer but lots of alchohol and living off fast food no motovation to work out for longer than 6 months before id give up for lack of results I can lose most the fat but even a personal trainer was at odds how he put me to work and my muscle didnt grow! whats skinny fat ecto? sounds like i got it! so You think cardio and diet for a year? what about weights?
