Since we are between two major holidays I thought I would ask what everyone has on their plate for goals.
I want to stay around 240. I need to bring up my shoulders, upper back and quads.
Another area for me is my cardio. Just to be healthier.
If all goes well I should be in great shape by the summer. I'm fairly lean now. I just have some balancing out to do.
