GNC 1850 question

Hi!

I am a total novice in the GNC weight gaining 1850 story! And have started taking it since Monday. I take only two scoops in 2% milk between lunch and dinner. I thought it would be better to start slow! But I am getting a very heavy kind of feeling. I feel too heavy in the chest and kind of have breathing problems. Is this a normal thing or I should stop taking it? I do lift weights three times a week, and on the other days play tennis and swim.
Need your advice on this.

first of all, GNC Pro Performance 1850 is what I assume you are talking about. Don't waste your money on carb- rich weight gainers as all you are paying for is sugar. Get a lean protein and add your own carbs like maltodextrin from a health food store or ice cream and bananas. Your reaction may be due to lactose but I don't think 1850 has much in it. Maybe it is all the medium chain sugars.

Get GNC's whey prot. isolate and add your own goodies. It will take practice but will save big bucks.
 
Unless that GNC 1850 has some crushed Dianabol tabs in it, I doubt it belongs in the Anabolic section of this board. Anyways, that shit sucks, too much sugar bro! Try some Prolab NLarge2... chocolate is good shit... lates and get BIG
