glutamine quesitons

the bottle of my glutamine says 100 pure and is 750mgs per 1/4teaspoon,is this right? 750mgs per 1/4tsp???
also can u take glutamine with creatine at the same time or should they be taken at different times? i know glutamine should not be taken with protein shake,right?

no, you can take both together
but if your protein is enriched wirth Glutamine it would be useless (never counter productive)

Yeah that sounds about right. 750 mg isn't much though. I tage 5 g at a time between meals with 3 g BCAA's as anti-catabolics. I got a kilo from kilosports.

yeah i was thinking 750mgs=7.5g,i just realized that the other day!
