If you insist then put some kind of balm on your knees, use sleeves or wraps and warm them up very well.
I still dont like it one fuckin bit at all man!
Just so you know my true feelings on em.
The thing is, you are blessed with good knees. But when are done with this they wont be so good any more. I just hate that shit having crap knees from birth.
Really wish for your own sake you would reconsider this.
My first couple years of training before I heard of this, o always had these in my leg routine and never had any issues at all bro. And the way I'm looking at it now is I'm only really doing one working set with em for a limited amount if time. But I will def watch for any discomfort and drop em ASAP if I notice anything.
