I ate so much junk today, I better hop my ass in the treadmill tomorrow lol. Then Monday its back to a shitload of CLEAN calories and dy blood and guts . Will be cruising on 200mg test for the next 4 weeks by the way
yeah i'm not even really dieting right now anyways, just eating a ton of clean food. I'm not to concerned about fat as much as I am the scale going up. I can run a ten week cycle when i'm done bulking and get shredded it doesn't take as long to lose fat compared to building a solid foundation. So that's were my head is at right now....size and strength
