Meal 1- Egg White omlette -1/2 cup Egg Beaters Egg Whites and 2 slices lean ham, Large nonfat latte

Meal 2-Tuna sandwhich on whole wheat with soy mayo

Meal 3-1/2 Pure Protein Choc PB Bar

Meal 4- 3 oz lean pork loin, 1 1/2 cup spinach salad, pasteles- 1/2 corn pastel, 1/2 fish pastel
 
damn--i was writing december for so many days! lol. just noticed that :P
 
Jan 10th

Meal 1- Whole wheat bagel, scooped out. 1/2 tbsp LF cc, 4 oz. salmon, 1 grande, SF vanilla skim latte

Meal 2- 1 cup Go Lean Protein Cereal, 1 slice cranberry walnut whole wheat bread

Meal 3-ham sandwich- 2 whole wheat bread, 2 slice ham

Meal 4-2 scoops whey protein, 1 tbspn dextrose, water

Meal 5-2 tuna cakes (1 1/2 can tuna, scallions, cilantro, spices), string beans and spinach (about 2 cups total veggies)

Shoulders, Tris and Bis day- had a KILLER workout. took lifting to failure to a whole new level!! :D
