Damn Ive been at it for over 2 months now trying to get from around 15% bf to single digits. Been doing 2hours of cardio a day for a total of 1800 cal burned,900cal in the am, and 900 in the pm.Not doing that much cardio every day, but like 3-4 days a week and the other days doing at least 1hour a day.I am probably around 12% right now after all that.I know I am definetly eating below my maintenance calories and plenty of protein.I have gone down from 185 to around 176 right now in the am.It seems like I am killing myself for the little tiny bit of bf I am losing.Does this much work seem right or should I be losing faster?I was about 246 with around 40%bf about 3 years ago so not sure if that has something to do with why I am having so much trouble getting into single digits?
