Getting into single digit bf is frigin a lot harder than I thought.Need motivation.

Damn Ive been at it for over 2 months now trying to get from around 15% bf to single digits. Been doing 2hours of cardio a day for a total of 1800 cal burned,900cal in the am, and 900 in the pm.Not doing that much cardio every day, but like 3-4 days a week and the other days doing at least 1hour a day.I am probably around 12% right now after all that.I know I am definetly eating below my maintenance calories and plenty of protein.I have gone down from 185 to around 176 right now in the am.It seems like I am killing myself for the little tiny bit of bf I am losing.Does this much work seem right or should I be losing faster?I was about 246 with around 40%bf about 3 years ago so not sure if that has something to do with why I am having so much trouble getting into single digits? :worried:

if you ask me, you're doing waaaaaayy too much cardio. you're body undoubtedly has caught on to your trick (cardio in the am and in the pm hours). what i would recommend is to do cardio only one time during the day. eventually, you can come back and shock your body with another cardio session but at this moment you will pretty much stop burning cause now the body is in a "safety mode." do 2 sessions in about one month or so.

What is your macronutritional breakdown look like of the meals you are consuming? I think your diet may be the culprit here... just because your calories are low, you may be consuming the wrong things at the wrong time.

have u tried mixing up cardio with some HIIT? last year i killed myself with cardio and was successful and did some HIIT traiing some morings. but my strict diet was mostly my source of success. doing it now, and around 12% ... need to get to 4-5% in like 7 weeks....
