gonna have the whey in a bit... Im getting in more protein than I think I need.. average the last two days is 186g. Should I try to get more in for my first meal? I've been mixing it up.

keep protein there on training days as long as total cals arent overboard.....


try towork in a post wo shake with protein and carbs.....then on off days....drop it

cal. 1345 fat 45 carbs 44 protein 187 .. I think this was my highest of the week.

Post work out shake.. first thing in the AM? I am doing one after training.. on training days.

thats cool.....your cals are about right....Ilike the macros as well.......get calipered.
