30mins weight training Shoulders and Traps
20 mins Stationary Bike

8oz grilled Tilapia
1/4 Cup of Asparagus
8 cubes of Pepper Jack Cheese

New Isopure Whey Protein has me feeling Sick.. still after near two hours of drinking it.

Appetite is not up to par.. so figured I'd get in as much Via.. shakes as I can to keep my calories up. BLOAT.. blech.. :sick:

It was a huge dose of carbs all at once... could that have done it. One Shake had 25g carbs Not used to that many carbs at one sitting.
