Out for a bit with the migraine... Tweaking diet now. Had to cut the dairy for a few days, don't want to aggrivate the O'l head here. Training just to start back today.

Gonna post up new diet as soon as I get all my portions, macros, cals.. etc worked out. ;)
 
That's why we call them "progress pix", not the final product. I always wish I would've done pix more consistently during 2000 when I did 2 shows & lost & gained 20 lbs twice in 8 months, how I got there and what I learned. One example I had tracking progress data (bodyfat) and what happened during those times was Tiggy's post about fat-free whipped cream as a cheat snack. I can show you literally what happened to my progress when I thought I found the ultimate cheat food. But I was wrong, and again proved that there is nothing for free.

So, don't even worry about how the pix look, just take them girl!

Besides, we know you a hunka hunka burning chick-hood anyway!

Pics will be taken on Sunday! ;) Huge stall in the gains and losses... thats why the diet is getting looked at.

Whipped Cream :p ........... I COULD SO BE TALKED INTO THAT NOW!

I've seen ups and downs... I'm ok with that, I am learning my body better now than I have EVER. Some foods I see just may not be for me and I'll have to pull them out and find replacements.

2 Scoop EAS whey

1/3 cup oats 1 scoop EAS Whey

5 Oz Tuna
2 Egg whites
1 whole Egg
OR
6oz chicken Breast with 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup birds eye mix, 1 tablespoon of either peanuts, walnuts or almonds.


4:00
Changed from the Cottage cheese to 2 Scoops EAS Whey

7:00
8 oz of Taliapa with 1/2 cup brown rice, 1/2 cup birds eye mix, 1 tablespoon of either peanuts, walnuts or almonds.

10:00
If awake.. either 1tbs Natty Peanutbutter
or 1 scoop EAS whey with 1tbs Flax oil

I was holding so much water and bloated... BAH! If I have it It will be once a week... I have an issue getting in Calcium.. I don't drink Milk so this was helping me.

I bought calcium pills ... I'm guessing that will work.
