Foods.. preparing...

Don't know if you have a store like Costco near you -- I go regularly for eggs & such & they have fully cooked rotisserie chickens for $4.99 -- just pick it apart, store in a container & it's ready to go!! Just pull it apart after getting home cuz it's real juicy & all of the juice will congeal if refrigerated....

;)

GREAT info from all...

I know I will have to do some major planning.. Single mom full time job and a part time home job...

Its gonna be all about the planning for me. Starts Sunday! and hopefull the fat will start to drip away ....... WOOHOOO

Thats about the face I am making by 6sharp...

Then I look back and still see that foot print Shadow left on my ass the last time I got a bit discouraged .......so I suck it up and keep rolling.

I usually grill my meats up ever 3-4 days. I dont' think I've used my oven once yet for cooking meat. They're good in tupperware in the fridge for 5 days max. Fish I don't care to eat unless its fresh off the grill.

Veggies -- lately I'm on this fresh green beans & asparagus kick. Throw it in a container & "steam" in the microwave for a few & good to go.
