Ive come to realize that the worse a food tastes the better it is for you in my case anyway. Anybody have any favorite anabolic and healthy food choices they like more than others. Im not asking for meal plans or answers like chicken breasts or tuna. Maybe something I can pick up every week when I go shopping at the supermarket that I may have overlooked in the past.
 
Ive probably got one that no one on here knows about. Vietnamese egg noodles. You can get them at any asian food store. They would take the place of pasta in any dish. The first ingredient on the ingredient list is Egg, they have like 25grams of protein per serving and a good amount of carbs. Taste better than pasta and cook easier. Only catch is you have to store them in the fridge. All Natural peanut butter, but im sure you already know about that. Crystal Light for your water, whole lot easier getting 2 gallons of that down. Put Splenda in your protein shakes to make them sweeter.

I dunno man get creative, just because its good for you doesnt mean it has to taste bad
 
Anybody shop at whole food stores? Oh and I will get creative just started my diet so Im sure ill whip up some kitchen inventions in the near
