Also learn to squat properly.. no 1/4 squats.. even if your only squating 95lbs of you do it ass to the grass you will get a lot more respect from people who actually work out legs

Good call. Its nice to hear when someone takes the advice given to them positively. Eat big, train big, and you will get there and build a good foundation with natural growth....and HIT THEM LEGS!!
