So I made a few changes I don't do the wide grip hammer strength machine any more or the incline fly machine I feel the regular works my chest better; now I just do 4 exercises total on chest day . I use a lot of time on flat bench press warming up takes a while. I jumped the gun on my weight again I was 225 this morning not over 230 I drink a lot of water so that adds up as the day goes on, but I don't care about that I just want the muscle tissue and the strength. I have increased my bench strength about 50 lbs thus bar which is awesome. Probably have another 6 weeks on the test before PCT so I hope to continue. I hope to have a good leg day Sunday. It does seem that I have gotten a little bit leaner as well as getting bigger so I am excited the hard work is paying off.
